After contacting us and determining your needs, you will be assigned a merchandiser to follow-up on the development of your products. Your merchandiser will give you all the information you need regarding prices, MOQ, lead times, etc. When you are ready to place the order, your merchandiser can guide you in the process.

What sort of samples do you provide?

We offer proto, fit, salesman, pre-production, bulk samples tailored to your requirements and specifications. This includes fabric swatches, fit samples, and fully finished garments with custom branding or embellishments. Sampling helps ensure quality, fit, and design accuracy before bulk production begins.

Do you have Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)?

Yes, we do — but our MOQs are flexible. They largely depend on our fabric supplier’s minimums, as some materials require larger commitments. How will my order be shipped?

We will inform you when your order is processed and ready to ship, and you can advise your merchandiser of the method you wish to use to ship the goods. Depending on the weight, value, destination and urgency of the shipment, you may choose to ship by air, sea, or courier. You may recommend us your nominated logistics vendor or we can provide you with quotations of the vendor we utilise.
