Orders can be placed directly through our customer service representatives. After contacting us and determining your needs, you will be assigned a merchandiser to follow-up on the development of your products. Your merchandiser will give you all the information you need regarding prices, MOQ, lead times, etc. When you are ready to place the order, your merchandiser can guide you in the process.
We offer proto, fit, salesman, pre-production, bulk samples tailored to your requirements and specifications. This includes fabric swatches, fit samples, and fully finished garments with custom branding or embellishments. Sampling helps ensure quality, fit, and design accuracy before bulk production begins.
Yes, we do — but our MOQs are flexible. They largely depend on our fabric supplier’s minimums, as some materials require larger commitments. However, if the fabric is in stock, we can often offer MOQs as low as 50 pieces per style per colour. Thanks to our strong vendor network, we’re able to keep our MOQs relatively low compared to industry standards.
Yes, we offer complete product development support. Our in-house design time can create digital concepts based on your recommendations and brand's ethos. Moreover, our experienced team of merchandisers can assist with selecting the right fabrics, optimizing fit, and finalizing details such as trims, embellishments, and labelling to bring your brand vision to life.
Yes, we provide both in-house printing (silicone, sublimation, screen, perforation) and computerized embroidery services. This allows us to maintain tight quality control, reduce lead times, and ensure that all embellishments meet your brand’s standards.
We will inform you when your order is processed and ready to ship, and you can advise your merchandiser of the method you wish to use to ship the goods. Depending on the weight, value, destination and urgency of the shipment, you may choose to ship by air, sea, or courier. You may recommend us your nominated logistics vendor or we can provide you with quotations of the vendor we utilise.
